Delivery Times and Dates

     
Mail Order Mail Order Despatched on Wednesdays

Orders must be received by close of business on the preceding Friday

Please do not assume your order will be delivered until you have received firm confirmation from us.

Please note mail order deliveries are never made on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays

Mail Order

For orders under £150 charges for most UK Mainland (England & Wales) postcodes up to 15kg
is £12 + 35p per kg thereafter. Certain postcodes and Scotland maybe more. Orders over £150 are delivered free.

 
Insulated Packaging Insulated polystyrene boxes are used, keeping the meat at the temperature as packed for 48 hours.
Delivery Days When ordering please indicate where your order can placed if you are out. E.g. "on doorstep" or "In shed round the back." If you state this, then you do not have to be at home all day waiting for it to arrive. If you do not have a suitable place ask one of your neighbours if they are able to take delivery. If the courier has nowhere to place your order it is quite possible that they will return it back to the depot!
Order with friends Order with friends and relations to keep the costs down. Each individual order is packed separately, but they can all be delivered to a single address. (Mail order prices relate to a single address).
Keeping costs down These mail order prices are subject to change - We are always trying to find the best deal from couriers in order to keep your costs down.

 

Collection

Collection from Worlingworth Hall can be made by prior arrangement.  However, please note that we are a working farm and therefore we can only manage collections at pre-arranged times.  For safety reasons please do not just turn up in the hope that you can collect your order!  Thanks.
