We supply • Organic Norfolk Black & Bronze Turkeys, • Free-range Norfolk Black & Bronze Turkeys The Norfolk Black produces fine grained, richer more gamey meat than the Bronze and does not have quite as much meat as the Bronze. The Bronze still produces high quality meat. "Organic" is a higher standard than "free-range", and encompasses free-range standards.
The birds choose whether to be in the comfort of a freshly strawed barn or wander freely in a meadow spreading their wings, chasing butterflies or picking at nature's titbits.

They eat a natural diet which complies with the TFTA standards (Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association): • No Medication • No Growth Promoters • No Animal Fats or Protein • No Fish Meal	zzzzzzzzz
In addition, genetically modified feed is not used. The organic turkeys are reared in the same way as the free-range birds, except for their diet and the land - which is organic. The turkey poults hatch around the middle of June and reared on wholesome food & fresh air until fully mature at 24 weeks. They are then prepared on the farm, dry plucked and hung for at least ten days which all adds up to the succulent centrepiece for your Christmas table.	zzzzzzzz

Organic Norfolk Black Turkey Weight Ranges: 10lbs to 20lbs.
Organic Goose Weight Ranges: 9lbs to 16lbs.

The Free-Range birds have been reared in exactly
the same way as the organic, except the feed is not organic.
Both comply with the TFTA
