I took on the role of Estate Manager on the Rookery Park Estate in September 2011 and given a brief to get the estate farming again. I introduced a flock of 200 breeding ewes a mixture of Easy care, Wiltshire horn and Poll Dorset. Which are all renowned for producing high quality flavoursome lamb. The sheep are grazed on the estate’s historic parklands and in other areas of outstanding beauty within the Suffolk countryside all year round.

All our Lambs are naturally reared on open pastures, and supplemented with hay or root crops when grass is in short supply.
We sell whole and half lamb boxes individual cuts are also available.
