We have now moved into new premises located just outside of Framlingham in Suffolk. This means we will be able to offer an even better service. Order organic beef, lamb, pork at the beginning of the week and your order will be with you by the end of the week whether you live in Suffolk or anywhere else in the UK.

We provide full traceability for beef, lamb and pork by marking each pack of meat with a number unique to the individual animal (or in the case of pigs the original litter).

This traceability means we will know the date of birth, breed and parentage as well as length of maturation of the carcass and much more.

To ensure your turkey for Christmas 2008 you can always make a provisional now. You'll pay last years' prices (unless the price goes down) and we don't need to know the weight until you've finalised how many guests you'll have! You also won't need to pay until the Autumn!!
